At the reception

The standard packages include attendance at the reception to take pictures of cutting the cake and toasting etc. If the reception does not follow on immediately after the wedding please let me know when booking and I will visit the evening reception at no extra cost. If coverage of the evening reception is required other than the pictures mentioned, please call for a quotation. Coverage from the brides home is also available if required and again you should call for a quotation.

Within a few days of your wedding your preview folder will be ready. This consists of a personalised folder with title page and all the photographs taken at your wedding. These will be numbered to help you choose the pictures for your wedding album, if applicable, as well as additional prints, parent’s albums and large display prints or canvas mounted prints. The folder will contain details of the albums available together with a full price list and order form.

This preview folder will be yours to keep and orders can be placed at anytime in the future. Great care is taken to ensure that the images taken at your wedding are well protected. These are backed up and stored in a fireproof safe. Professional equipment is used throughout and final photographs are printed onto quality photographic paper using top quality inks. Our aim throughout is to provide you with a quality service at an affordable price.
