MAGNUM	Attendance at the wedding and reception. Approximately 36 photographs are supplied in a preview folder, which is yours to keep. You can then choose 20 to be supplied in a large A3 folder. EMERALD	Attendance at the wedding and reception. Approximately 45 photographs are supplied in a preview folder, which is yours to keep. SAPPHIRE	Attendance at the wedding and reception. Approximately 70 photographs are supplied in a preview folder, which is yours to keep. DIAMOND	Attendance at the wedding and reception. Approximately 100 photographs are supplied in a preview folder, which is yours to keep. NOTES
RECEPTION	Attendance at the reception is for cutting the cake and toasting only. Add £100 for evening reception coverage. If the reception will not be starting immediately after the wedding we will normally attend for photos at no extra charge, but please make us aware of this when booking.
VIDEO	The price quoted is for video coverage from the arrival of the guests until the cutting of the cake photo. Coverage from the bride’s home and evening reception are available at extra cost. The edited video is supplied on DVD and will include the still photos taken at the wedding.
NUMBER OF PHOTOS TAKEN	Many photographers offer packages with many more photographs taken than I am quoting, but often they are just taking the same photo repeatedly in order to choose the best. I think this is misleading, if I push the shutter button 3 times in order to get the shot I want, that is still only one picture as far as I am concerned.
ALBUMS	The ‘Onyx’ and ‘Magnum’ packages include photographs supplied in a folder. All other packages (if the *with album* or *with video & album* option is selected) include a traditional wedding album. The final photographs are printed in a variety of shapes to suit the image.
Please call or email if you can’t see a package to suit your requirements, or you wish to check availability and make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. £50 deposit is required to confirm a booking. The final payment is required at the wedding. Payments can be made using Paypal, please ask for details. Cheques should be made payable to R. Potter.
